NO COLOR FOR XBOX ON TV

HI,
MY SON HAS HIS NEW XBOX CONNECTED TO SAMSUNG T24 MONITOR /HDTV AND IT PLAYS BUT NOT IN COLOR. HELP!

check pal/ntsc settings

This usually happens if you have the xbox set to PAL and have an NTSC tv, or vise versa. Or your playing PAL backup games on an NTSC tv. I don't have an xbox or your tv so I don't know if you can change the region setting. Bottom line is you have to make the setting match and you should be good to go.

Have you tried changing the resolution output settings on the game console?
