New iOS Glitchy on iPads?

by Tec Consumer / October 21, 2012 7:56 AM PDT

I don't know if its just me, but is your ipad glitchy now? I notice failures on the best buy and staples weekly ad sites. Sometimes with the facebook app. And now always with youtube. Sometimes safari closes from in page animated ads. I have an ipad 3.

Anyone else having these problems.

Apps or OS?
by R. Proffitt Forum moderator / October 21, 2012 8:06 AM PDT

Sorry you lead off with iOS Glitchy and then wrote about apps.

As to Safari, there are dozens of sites that have odd code that we can bomb the browser. Are you asking for a bomb proof browser?

-> Do I need to tell you more about this?

I left this out -- I meant I did not have this problem until after I updated to the new OS.

So when apps fail, you blame the OS?

While it's interesting to read such, do you maintain that apps that fail should be corrected by changing the OS?

Many apps require patches/updates to work properly again. Nothing new here. Just be patient until an update is released.
