Question

new Facebook site. Won't send or recieve posts

by rlmccarty / March 30, 2013 2:18 PM PDT

I have built a new corporate Facebook site. Prettybee.com.
I am able to add pictures and can create posts. However facebook users cannot post to me and I cannot post out. They have a Build Audience wizard where you export your contact list and it is converted to invites. If I go through that I get no errors and it ends telling me the invites have been sent. but none are received.

thanks

"Talk" to facebook

In reply to: Talk to FaceBook

If you could tell to "talk" to facebook I'd be most appreciative. the closest I have found is to email appeals@facebook.com. which returns an automated reply with best practices FAQ links.

I'm trying you folks because somebody out there must know a way to get real help from Facebook and I figured you were it.

thanks
