New built pc nothing on display

So i built a pc and nothing goes on the screen
I have tried different PSU and different monitors nothing happens and everything turns on led's fans the power buttons works fine just nothing on the screen

Remove and Readd RAM modules

I see this once in awhile and the first thing I try is to reseat the RAM modules. Sometimes this is all the problem is and I am not sure why it works but it does. Just take them out, make sure no dust is in there, and put them back in. You can see what this entails here if you are not sure: there is a picture on the right middle of the page.

Hope this one helps your issue as it works most of the time for me.
