Netflix on UE40ES5500K TV

by IainMacMillan / May 24, 2013 4:52 PM PDT

We can't get our Netflix account to work on the above set, ethernet or wirelessly. It works wirlessly on every other device in the house; PS3, i-pad, various laptops. All other apps on TV appear ok.

The TV was supplied through Amazon UK and is located in UK.; any clues please?

That you'll have to work with Samsung UK and Netflix but always check that you are logged into the Samsung Hub and check the data and time on the TV.

Hi IainMacMillan,

Thanks for your message. As Bob implied, because I support US products and customers, and since this model is for UK, if you want the most accurate information, here's the Samsung UK portal for support on that product:

Hope this helps you!
