Netflix on 2011 smart tv?

I bought a Samsung UE32D6530 LED HD 1080p 3D TV, 32 Inch, Freeview HD with Built-in Wi-Fi in March 2012. I decided to try out Netflix a couple of weeks ago but can't seem to find the Netflix app at the Smart Hub. It has done a software update but the Netflix App isn't appearing automatically. Is there something else I need to do? I suspect that despite buying this tv in 2012 that it is a 2011 manufactured model. Is that the problem? Can anyone help?

Thanks for your message. Yes, that's a 2011 mode, but I'm not sure if it had Netflix on it because I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So if you want the most accurate information, here's the Samsung UK portal for support on that product:

Just tried emailing the Samsung support uk portal and for some reason my request on this same topic keeps crashing. Did you manage to get any clarification on this topic as I too am trying to find the elusive Netflix app.
