I had some fun via e-mail with their tech support trying to get it to work. Had a problem with conflicting drivers from Adaptec previously installed. They had a program to seek and substitute drivers that worked. Additionally get very last update for 5.5 while you can. Anything newer requires buying 6 designed for Xp with DVD recording & burn. (I'm sure my system couldn't handle that: P3, 256k,40gigs, dvdrom only + cdrw.) Note your cdrw drive letters may be changed (current CDRW "D drive" becomes "E" etc.
Works great for copying but hate their Cover Designer!
After 6 weeks with Adaptecs (now Roxio) had amazing pro covers!! After 6 months with Neros' still can't even get in Text! At least Nero's tech help replies with useful help which I could never get from Roxio.
Good Luck! Happy
