NEED URGENT SUGGESTIONSSSS - About Mobile Phone ?

by THE_PARANOIAK / December 11, 2012 5:45 PM PST

Elow everybody... I'm from Mauritius and I'm just stuck into a decision about which mobile phone to buy... basically I want a mobile phone mainly for the use of film-making...short films ... I know it sounds weird but dudes cannot afford thousands on pro cams so better step back on what I can afford..

Therefore if any of you guys knows which mobile phone can I buy before the end of the year because of my short film's shooting is about to begin.

I want to know which mobile would provide me with good fps, stabilization and other video specs and fit for an awesome SHORT FILM......

Please dudes...NEED URGENT SUGGESTIONSSSS........

Urgent?
by Kees_B Forum moderator / December 11, 2012 5:59 PM PST

It's still 19 days before the end of the year. So I can't call it urgent.

However, a camcorder is cheaper than a phone. For example, BestBuy has them from $29.99. See http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olstemplatemapper.jsp?_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1&_dynSessConf=-5572987053375835027&id=pcat17080&type=page&lcn=Cameras+%26+Camcorders&sc=abCameraCamcorderSP&st=processingtime%3A%3E1900-01-01&usc=abcat0400000&cp=1&sp=%2Bcurrentprice+skuid&nrp=15&qp=q70726f63657373696e6774696d653a3e313930302d30312d3031~~cabcat0400000%23%230%23%23dh~~cabcat0403000%23%230%23%231j~~nf1137||4265737420427579204974656d73&add_to_pkg=false&pagetype=listing&gf=y

What's your budget?

...why don't you tell us which brands/models are available to you so we can assist more effectively. Keep in mind that some of the phones we get here in the U.S. might not be in your neck of the woods. It might also help if you can look around in a mobile shop, take some notes, then come back here with questions.
