Steam Mover pgm.

This pgm/app. provides the means to help move data from one HD/location to another.

=====
Do your Steam games consume a lot of space in your hard drive? Why not try Steam Mover. This application was designed to help gamers transfer the games downloaded from Steam in other drives to free up space on C:\ drive
=====

Google to try it or locate at CNET's downloads. I haven't try this at cloning, but I don't think it was intended for that. Not only for gamers, but anyone needing to move data around, yet still have a link to old location. As always backup as a safeguard before use or create a restore point.
