Need picture settings for Samsung 1080p HDTV

Just trying to make the most of my TV, if someone knows the best settings for each category, please let me know.

I like those setting for movies, but not so much for regular tv. With the settings listed, they tell you to put in movie mode which already makes it darker, then have you put sharpness at zero. When I watch regular tv with the listed settings, it just seems so dark. Do you have a link for "standard" settings that you can share at all?
