contact Kobo by email and they can provide the instructions. It worked for us.
My husband bought me a Kobo a year and a half ago from Chapters. I went to use it the other day and it froze on me. I tried the reset button on the back but it didn't help. Now I can push the on button and the blue light comes on but nothing happens. It is frozen on the Kobo screen. Is there anything i can do?
