My concord 3340z kill batteries

by nitram / December 28, 2004 6:32 AM PST

I have the concord 3340z, it works with AA battery. It is so ridiculous that I just play with the zoom once or twice while the battery are full, and it just died right away. Obviously, there is something wrong, is anybody that can help me with that???

Regular alkaline batteries are not recommended for that camera.

I assume that you are using rechargable NiMH batteries.

It is possible that one of your batteries is defective. It happens.

It is possible that you have a defective memory card.
I have heard of a bad card draining the battery.

That is the extent of what the average person can do to fix a digital camera.

you should not use the AA casual batteries, those are killed emidiatly, you should go higher, try buying rechargable batteries.

that worked on my camera and now i won't have the need for batteries for the next 3 years, cause these batteries hold up to 1000 charges per batterie, and even if i charge them every day, i they will till over 3 years!!

BUT DON'T FORGET TO BUY THE CHARGER, CAUSE YOU WON'T BE ON NOTHING!!
