Try simple..

See if any other browsers work. It will be rough on you since Windows ME is not supported anymore. You may have to use some bootable LIVE CD like UBUNTU (see google) or go to a library and use their machines.

I only have IE installed on my PC. Parts of the course comes up and there is a section on the page that keeps asking me that I should install Flash. my browser keeps crashing the second I start installing it.

This brings us back to the original suggestions. If an owner can't use those suggestions then we wait till they are frustrated enough to try them.

Hope they catch on fast.

It looks like I'm not the only one complaining:

Lucky for me my online traffic school company offered an HTML only version. It looked like it was from 10 years ago but it did the job for me.

I never figured out why I couldn't install flash on my computer but then again it is time for me to get a new one. I have been using it since Summer of 2002 and I have a feeling it is considered an antique in computer years.
