Multiple Threat Detection?

Everytime I run Windows Defender, Lavasoft Ad-Aware, or Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware I keep geeting the same alert listed below. I have turned off system restore, rebooted & turned back on and the problem still exist. It still keeps coming on every scan. Can someone please instruct me as to how to get rid of this once and for all. I am now just running Windows Defender due to this problem. I uninstalled Lavasoft, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Now I can install Super Anti-malware and it doesn't pick up nothing? So I do need help please and God Bless. I run Vista. Many thanks. Jenny

It seems that your computer is badly infected by the viruses a,d spywares attacks.

please delete all the temporary internet files from your computer.
After that you can follow these troubleshooting steps :-

You can follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Scan your computer by using any updated antivirus program.
2. Try to install and download the "Antimalwarebytes" (freely available)
3. Try to update "Antimalwarebytes".
4. Scan your computer using the "Antimalwarebytes".
5. Follow the same procedure for "Superantispyware" as you done for "Antimalwarebytes".

you should use Antimalwarebytes and Superantispyware for malwares and spywares issues.
