Msconfig with W2k Pro

I tried the 'msconfig" from Xp on W2K PRO, from Run and then just on the desktop, but it will not run. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi there my name is Tammy and I am just in need of a little help with a link or some way to lead me to a free download of ActiveX Control for I need it badly. I am running Windows2000. If you could help me I would greatly appreciate it, o yea and also I use the browser firefox incase you need to know that information. Thanks
