mp3 player to pc transfer

I had no problem riping an transfering to an mp3 player. Now with a new pc is there a way to get mp3 files from the player to the new pc? Windowa media does not pick up the device anif I remove the SD card to put in reader Windows wants to format it. Any ideas?

It is a RIO SPORT and I used Media Player 10 to rip an load player. All music is on a 512MB SD disk

There were more than one Sport model. The Cali, S35S, S30S, Forge and the list ends somewhere. Try to be specific when looking at rioworld.
