Move photos with descriptions from PC to MacAir

by jbrwing / August 17, 2013 11:57 PM PDT

I have a new MacAir (bought June 2013) and transferred photos from my PC. Imagine my surprise to find the descriptions did not transfer. There is probably a work around, but I've been unable to find it. Any ideas would you may suggest would be hugely appreciated.

PC pics to MacAir Iphoto
by jbrwing / August 18, 2013 6:40 AM PDT
In reply to: Odd.

Hi Bob

I transferred the pics from PC to MacAir desktop. At this point all my photo descriptions are still in-place. But when the photos are moved to Iphoto the descriptions are no longer visible.

Any thoughts or information you may offer would be appreciated.

That's better. And sadly true.
