Some virus must have entered into the computer
by johhny-marshal / June 17, 2012 10:05 PM PDT

There is a possibility that some virus might have invaded your system while updating your system. You can try to open your computer in safe mode and run an antivirus scan to see if it works. If it is not virus, you can open your computer in safe mode and restore your system to the day when you think that the problem did not existed. This will undo all the changes made between that time phase. After that you can run a fresh update all over again.

Computer crashed

This happens a lot of times if the updates are not properly installed or there is an error occurred with the updates. What you can try is you can start your computer in safe mode and also disconnect any extra peripheral devices if attached to it.
To start your computer in safe mode. Turn your computer off and then hit the power button and then at the same time start tapping F8 key on the keyboard and then choose the option called start in safe mode. If this doesn't works out then try seeing the option in F8 that is repair your computer if that is also not there then do please contact us and we will help you out in this.
You can contact us at or you can email us at No matter which country you from just drop us your country code and your phone number in the email and we will call you and fix up the problems for you.
