So yes they can do that. And did you sign an agreement to this? It does not matter if you paid many times over, what did you agree to?
How would you "lowball" a laptop, or find out if you need to? I've got a laptop that's been paid for MANY TIMES OVER, and the school that I bought it from says that they can remotely lock the unit to disable access if I withdraw from the school. HELP!!
