Lost loads of device controllers

by Haltings / November 16, 2012 4:22 AM PST

I recently had to recover my notebook model RF711 to factory conditions, after which i learnt that i lost a lot of device controllers e.g. Ethernet Controllers, Network Controllers etc. I've manage to restore and update many of them, however I've had to do it manually. I also did a windows update to see if it would update all the Device Controllers (it didn't).
Was just wondering if anyone knows of a complete Samsung software updater thing out there.

P.s. The CD i used to restore my laptop didn't include any of these controllers (what the hell?)

Time to call it in and get your answer. In the USA it's 1800SAMSUNG.

Why didn't you try the onboard recovery?
