You have that on a card?
by R. Proffitt Forum moderator / June 24, 2008 8:57 AM PDT

Who made that card? The ones I encountered were chips on a motherboard. If you made a mistake but help us help you by supplying the make, model of that motherboard.

Same question.

What card is that sound card? Make, model or did you just call it a card and it's just ONBOARD AUDIO?

If so, then tell us the make, model of that PC. I see some Compaq monitor so it would be a shame to discover it has a make and model and you took this many posts to tell?

If you share the make and model, members could possibly supply a link to the drivers for the onboard sound chipset.

Can I ask why when asked for this you didn't tell?

On most desktops, you can look at the front of the computer tower and see a model number.. If not, then look at the back, OR...on this HP model, I can RIGHT click on "My Computer", choose "Properties", then I can see the model number listed in the lower section of the screen.

Hope this helps.

Sometimes we need stereo mods. I hope they get the motherboard chipset one first.
