LN32A450C1 Horizontal Image Distortion

by sterence / September 8, 2011 10:55 AM PDT

Wondering if anyone else has had this problem with their LCD tv and has been able to fix it. I have a 3 year old Samsung LN32A450C1 that recently started to distort the top fifth of the display. While i can see the entire image, it seems like there is one line that is repeated over and over, distorting the upper part of the image. The problem is consistent across all inputs and resolutions, and I've tried resetting the TV, unplugging the tv and leaving it off.

Here is a video of the problem.
