Light Notes App with Tables

by JoshJ1 / March 14, 2013 8:46 AM PDT

Does anyone know of a light note-taking app with the following criteria:

OSX 10.5.8 (might upgrade to latest os if I find the right app!)
iOS 6.1.2
Insert table & move rows up & down in that table
Sync wirelessly & via usb with an iPhone app
Word/Tiles Search
Folder organization (press on the left size of the note window as in mac Notes) or Tagging
Import text edit files
Export as plain text files to attach to emails, etc

Many thanks,
