Sometimes when I turn on the Comcast HD Cable & TV the sound doesn't come on and I have to turn it off and on a couple times. I think it's the tv since I turn it off using the button on the tv. I wrote to LG but the instructions for the sound test aren't on my TV. I can't find a Sound Test on my model. They said:
Press Home/Setting on the Remote - I have a Setting button
Then Go to the icon that is represented by a question mark (Support) - I don't have any of this.
Can I do a software or firmware update on this model?
