LG optimus cube (3d SKT LGE LG-SU870 ) memory issue

by bethlunyou / March 12, 2013 11:16 PM PDT

LG optimus cube (3d SKT LGE LG-SU870 ) error message- not enough storage, with command to clean storage, but touch screen is not responding. I cannot access the memory files to clean off internal or sim card memory. I have tried to remove apps from Google play because phone still has WiFi (it cut off it's own 3G) Google Play is not able to remove. Is there any remote access you know of that would allow me to get the memory clean...or back doors into my root or something?

Answer
Look at doing the hard reset.

It varies with the phone but a hard reset clears it all and wiped it clean. If it fails after the hard reset, the device is defective.
