and do a factory recovery. Be sure you have the installation disks, product key numbers and download files before proceeding. If you do have a key logger or other malware, it will get rid of it.
I have an ongoing issues for more than 6 mos now & have reason to believe my issue stems from someone intentionally hijacking my laptop as soon as I sign. I have gone to great lengths in preventing this intrusion. I have a paid antivirus & also have a vpn that continues to fail connecting ONLY when I am at home. The 2 criterias when my laptop starts to load I can instantly see my screen freezing, stalling, etc. I reside in a condo & believe it may be a neighbor who is causing this problem. Do not think im crazy but believe somehow can see or are tracking me. My main problem is holding my password in the vpn that keepsgetting erased at home. My connection settings seem to change but when I go outside of my place things run smoothly. HELP!!!!!!
