standard 101/102-key or microsoft natural ps/2 keyboard

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its
configuration information (in the registry)
is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Input/Output Range 0060 - 0060 used by:

I've tried to uninstall both the mouse and keyboard

You amy want to try:

1) Roll back the clock with System Restore to the time it last worked.
2) Use the XP cd and run SFC/scannow
3) Try a USB keyboard.
