Keyboard for UA32F6300AM

I today purchased the above TV and was also sold a VG-KBD1000 to connect to the TV. I now find that it wont connect. Can you confirm that there is a keyboard that operates with this TV (before I return both to the shop as not fit for purpose)

Sorry that I can't write it will work, but the k400 is the usual answer. Sadly a few folk demand more than what I can offer. That is, I can't know if it will work in all cases. It's the best solution I know of today but somewhere it won't work.
