John Wayne on Liberals

by James Denison / August 5, 2013 7:35 AM PDT

Worth a listen. Still true today.

"Audio from TonyMacklin.net, 1975

"I'm quite sure that the concept of a Government-run reservation... seems to be what the socialists are working for now — to have everyone cared for from cradle to grave.... But you can't whine and bellyache 'cause somebody else got a break and you didn't, like those Indians are. We'll all be on a reservation soon if the socialists keep subsidizing groups like them with our tax money."- John Wayne"

Then there's Bob Hope on liberal "zombies".

analysts. John Wayne was a Republican! Quick! Alert the media. The news is 50 years old and wrong, wrong, wrong.

What a totally pointless and meaningless post. Can you tell the difference between casual personal celebrity opinion and informed political analysis? Have you checked with Paris Hilton or any of the Kardashians? Or do you just not care? Don't bother, I know the answer. Anything that coincides with your bigotry and prejudices it's brilliant and right, If it doesn't it doesn't matter if it's the product of Economists who between them have 3 Nobel Prizes and a great deal of credibility with everyone but you and your ilk. (You know what an ilk is? No it's not a big deer.)

The Economists are Krugman 1 and Joseph Stieglitz 2 prizes. There are hundreds of others who agree with them but that doesn't matter to you either.

There's a word for posting bait like this on the forum. I'm surprised that your repeated provocation hasn't excited some response from the Moderators who used to be very quick to intervene at least against Liberals who posted provocative posts like this.

Whine and bellyache like the Indians?

You have to be kidding. Europeans showed up as illegal immigrants and took over land that the natives had been on for thousands of years and killed them and pulled them up and shipped them somewhere else and when they wanted that land, shipped them out again and he calls them whiners.
