I just bought them at the local electronics shop. That sold a 20 euro gift card for 20 euro. Our best-known webshop sold it for 37.49 euro.
If no local shop around, find a reliable webshop in your country (check the reviews if you don't know it).

Why would they sell a gift card for more than it's face value? Here in the US, a $25 gift card sells for $25 virtually anywhere (except some retailers who discount it a little). Am I missing something here ??

I didn't understand it either.

But here's the link:
http://www.centralpoint.nl/diverse-hardware/sony/playstation-network-voucher-card-nl-20-ps3-psp-psn-art-9168751-num-155934/ : 27,83 euro for a 20 euro card.

However, if you order via bol.com (our leading local equivalent for amazon.com) you pay them 37,07 for delivery via centralpoint.nl (the previous link): http://www.bol.com/nl/p/playstation-network-voucher-card-20-nederland-ps3-ps-vita-psn/1004004012214313/

So my wife went to the shop near her work where they sold it for 20 euro.
