You made it harder to answer. The graphic was nice but I have to manually input details because there is no text.
A check I find myself always doing is the Power Supply check. I take a look at the power of the video card and compute Amperes on the +12V lead, double that number and see if the PSU has that number or higher.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/66504-processors-limit-number-used-windows-7-a.html seems to peg this at about 24 Amperes so I leave it to you to check the PSU rating.
