Question

Is there a way to disable unused inputs on Samsung HT-E6530?

by Casino_Dave / December 4, 2012 3:46 PM PST

I want to disable unused inputs on my Samsung HT-E6530 3D home theater system. It's a nuisance to flip through all the inputs all the time. I only have a PS3 and Bell receiver hooked up to the surround sound system using HDMI cables. I have no use for the other inputs.
(ipod dock, Aux, Digital in, Tuner)

Input for home theater Samsung HT-E6530

From the Samsung HDtech answer, we can not turn off the unused inputs.
Can we at least make sure that when the unit power up, it turns on on a specific input such as the satellite dish for instance? Did not find any reference in the booklet.
Pls advise

Hi patricecnet,

Again, sorry, but a default source option isn't a function currently offered on our TV. I apologize for any inconvenience.
