Is It Safe

I just purchased a Digital Photo Frame and was wondering if it was safe to put this on top my computer tower

If the location of the computer tower is such that there's is risk you throw it off by accident, it's not a good idea either. Such a frame is not designed to be fall-resistant.

If the top of said tower is warm then your router runs a little warmer and may not last as long but for most of us, no problem. If the top is HOT, then my answer changes to no, don't do that.
