iPhone IOS 7 will not SYNC iCal in Maverick!

by Victoria24b / November 11, 2013 11:33 AM PST

Apple has redesigned access to the desktop calendar in Maverick so that you can only sync to the iPhone by using iCloud!

I do not want to expose my private schedule and whole life on iCloud. This should be a choice and not forced upon us.

Is there a way around this?

If you feel as I do and have concerns about privacy please write Apple and ask them to restore the 'info' option in iTunes.

Sorry that you are not happy with Apple....

....but they have always maintained tight control of their products and that is not likely to change anytime soon. I have owned Apple products since 1977 (Apple II computer) and it was that way back then and still is today..
