I'm running into folk that think -> Skype <- is a phone feature. That is, if it has Skype, it's a phone.

While I disagree, what do you think?

....with Bob on this one. I doubt it has the hardware necessary to be considered a phone, only an internet device and is not the same thing. Skype calling does not require a phone, only an internet connection. Skype is merely an application for VOIP (voice over internet protocol).
