Internet Explorer 7 won't let me change the homepage

by nstrange / May 15, 2007 5:24 PM PDT

Yesterday I changed my homepage to Yahoo!Xtra (nz.yahoo.com), and today I went to change it back to Google (www.google.co.nz), and it won't change. I've tried clicking the "Make Google Your Homepage" link, and changing the homepage in Internet Options, but nothing's working. Does anyone know what this could be?
I've run Spyware Doctor and that didn't find anything.. And I've also run the Virus Scan, and neither has that.

and a Home Page protector.

Utilities like Spybot Search & Destroy has an option in it's advanced section, (Tools > IE tweaks), to prevent hijacking of the Home Page.
