Internet Connection Error - FreeOCR

Attempted download of FreeOCR (Fx 7,Win 7) but when executed installer got "internet connection error". (Just downloaded 7-Zip and worked fine - so my internet connection is OK).

Tried searching CNET Forum but too many entries to go through.

What to do?

"File not found." when I use the direct link.

Looks like the author has moved the cheese.

PS2. Checking the maker's site shows no sign of this product. It's possible they have decided to no longer offer it.
