Innovage Digital Photo Keychain

by carolb4 / December 25, 2009 11:26 PM PST

I have the software installed and I have the manual but can not get it to work properly. My computer does not recognize the USB for starters. The directions say that the keychain must be in "update" mode but it also says that it will continue saying "updating" Are these two the same?
Sometimes I can get to the screen to select photos and begin the process. Then I get a message that the Photoviewer is working offline and must close. What tha ***?
I didn't know it was online.

Please help.

maybe I can help

I too have an Innovage photo keychain. BUT! The cd that came with it has been toasted - wavy lines all over the little cd. If somehow I could get a copy of the software from you, I would be happy to do what I can to help. But without the software, I'm dead. I have a computer tech living across from me, so he could help figure it out if I can't.

My aunt has one that I am trying to get working so I can save her pictures off of it and she had lost the driver cd for it. Try They have just about every driver ever made for any operating system ever made. You may be able to find something useful there.

I know little about the digital products, I highly recommend Manualbirds, it's a very useful and helpful site, you can view thousands of free PDF manuals, guides, and handbooks online. Here is the site:, hope this site can do you a favor!
