Question

Individual window orientation

i need a way to change the orientation of an individual window, i know how to change the general orientation but i need just one window, even a program to do this would be helpful ideas?

Clarification Request
Not a windows feature.

While I can size an application's window from the command line, there is no control to rotate just an app's window.

Is there more you can share? Such is this that old TELEPROMPTER application?

was hoping over time maybe something had been developed, that article says Irotate does individual windows, it doesnt, just a tool if your graphics car wont allow you to change orientation of everything

I see the question of the article was such but I wonder if you read the entire discussions on this. There are a few more and if you wanted to develop such, why not start?

Running a tablet Emulator on my PC some applications arent switching to horizontal orientations

Report the bug to the app author. Some apps do not play in any other rotation so the fix is the dual monitor as noted in the link given.
