IE,Opera,Chrome does not work.But Firefox does

I tested IE,Chrome and Opera on my computer but none of them work.I get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" page on IE,This webpage is not available on and similar cannot connect to the internet on Opera.But strangely Firefox works and functions very well.I use Wi-Fi connction.

Windows Vista Business on Lenono R61.

I was a problem with proxies.I figured it out somehow.
