I shut down the tv has i had done before in the first 2 options but this time the tv never turned on again.i press the power button and i hear the starting sound of the tv but then the light starts flashing red and the tv shuts itself down.then powers itself again and shuts down over and over question is there a code that i can restore service menu settings or just make the tv turn on?all i see is black screen now...any help?

Another sad story about service menus and my advice is to stay out of them. You can read the same story with other make TVs so what you are saying is you should never buy a TV that has a service menu.

Have you resolved your problem? I made the same mistake with my tv-set. If yes, could you explain how did you do it?

Replacing the main board. This may get some upset but this appears to be how it is. Be sure to ask shopjimmy. com too.
