Darrell,

Isn't this your profile? It seems you were able to post 6 days ago. What's changed?

If something has changed, you might want to post at Forum Feedback, instead of Spyware, Viruses & Security. Tell them what problems you've been experiencing.

Best of luck..

Darrell.. Try this..

Darrell..

Log in to your DChrisL account. If / when you can't, click on "re-send confirmation email" from the message which pops up. Then LOOK for the confirming email and click on the link to confirm your email address. You will receive the email. If you don't, see if it went into your spam folder.

Let us know how you made out..

Looking at your account: DChrisL , you recently changed your email address. When you change your email address you will have confirm that address (you should have received an email from CNET to confirm your account). In that email you will have to click the confirm link, this will enable our system to confirm your email address that it is valid.

Please check your email client inbox and look for the email from CNET membership. If you don't see it, check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up in there.

If you still can't find it, let me know and I'll have our system send you another one.

Once you've confirmed your new email address, you should be able to log in and continue using your DChrisL account.

Let me know if you are successful or not.

Cheers!

If you send in an alert using your working account, Lee can see the email address.

HOWEVER I think that you can't use the email address you want to use on more than one account.

So like a shell game I had to change my good account to a spare email before I could change the account I wanted to change to my email I wanted to use.

Your old account....

is associated with a Gmail account if that helps out any. So go to that Gmail account to check for the CNET confirmation email.
