Question

I purchased Malware product a few months ago.

by ahhbeth / March 30, 2013 2:13 PM PDT

Then my laptop died. I was actually able to get my newer laptop fixed but I want to transfer that program to my laptop. I still have the ID info, & I am the only user. How can I put that program I paid for on my new laptop?

What happens when you just install the program on the new computer using the registration info you have? And then also, what does the company support say about whatever it is that isn't working properly?

& couldn't couldn't find the way to contact a support person all the trying lead me to this forum. However, tonight I'll try downloading then use the info I have to upgrade. If that doesn't work, or maybe in the mean time, someone could tell me how to contact a support person who I'm sure will be able to help. Thank you.

To contact support ...

for the application you would FIRST need to tell us the actual name and publisher of "that program I paid for" (because paid for programs cover thousands of titles and publishers)

If you don't want to tell us the program for some reason then you need to find the program publisher's web site and look for a Support or Contact Us link.
