I need help on designwise

Actually we designing this website http://www.xmediasolution.com, Its tree look and feel..some people sayings its different and unique ...But few says..its not good ...Because of we are in designing,we need valuable suggestion from high profile designers.

It s good and nice design..But what iam suggest is, can we show the tree in full ..it may be good.and giving animations also better.

Thanks for your suggestion..if give animation, page loading will be slow, thatswhy we didnt give any flash animations.

Hi ,
I have gone through your website it has good web graphics and layout .The white background looks good and the content is also informative.But the tree image instead of banners feels really awkward !.I suggest you should replace the Tree with attractive Flash banner or slide show .....All the best.....................
