Nod to the Asus.

HP lost my last year over a non-performance on the warranty at just 3 months. 6 months later still no working laptop so I'm unsure of their warranty system.

Asus if I read this one right has a 2 year warranty.

And at the office we have one AMD A10 based laptop so it's nothing to sneeze at. Fast enough and gamers may like it.

the dual graphics card HP would be higher power gaming machine but depending on what you define better as would affect which machine to choose. The HP is better for gaming but fro expected lifetime, battery and heat the Asus is better.
