This is varun,i installed new windows 7 os but i cant set any picture as my desktop wallpaper.... and it is set always to background colors.
when i change my theme, even its not changing.
pls help me to sort out of the problem....

Sounds like a Starter install

What version of Windows 7 is installed? I do not or have not installed Starter but I think that is a characteristic of the OS.

For example, what was installed before Windows 7? How did you do the install, as an upgrade or a fresh install? Did you have to find all the drivers for this install?
