But my last sync issue was the security suite. In the name of its privacy protection service it blocked apps from reading or writing to Outlook.

You may want to tell a lot more detail for anyone to guess what's up. Also, did you ask those that sold you this? That is support? It's a sure thing you're not the first one with this issue and I can't type in all the causes I've encountered so far.

my lat successful sync was a few month ago before i upgrade my laptop to win8.
so do u think the problem with win8??
i have tried many stuff to fix this problem but none works

Sorry, the office is skipping Windows 8 except to test for our app compatibility. Sounds like you may have (details matter?) upgraded to 8 and need to try the old uninstall/reinstall the apps and check for updates to HTC Sync and MSFT Office as well.

Sorry but I think the upcoming patch for 8 might help. We hope they will re-enable the other things that made us forget 8 for now soon.
