hp touchscreen notebook PC or macbook pro

My friend want to exchange his Macbook Pro a1342 unibody (mid2010) with my hp pavilion tx2000 touchscreen notebook pc ....i dont know anything about macs...plzz help what to do

Forget what they want.

They want something. It is rarely in your best interest if you can't see the gain/loss/benefit.

My thought is since they wanted to trade, it's to their advantage so why do this at all?
