HP Officejet Pro K550 Troubles

by Volker111 / October 26, 2013 10:34 PM PDT

Hello I have had trouble with my HP printer. I uninstalled the printer and used the HP printer disk to install the printer back on my system. When I did it informed me Im missing these files: s1bcsp.dll, sccbase.dll, gpkcsp.dll, and Enum. Can anyone explain how I can get these back? Im just an average PC user. My computer is running fine so Im not sure why I can't install the printer. If anyone can help it would be appreciated. Thanks

I owned the k550 until it needed a set of printer nozzles. My neighbor did too. BUT neither of us used the supplied CD for the drivers. We used the download from hp.com for the drivers and apps for the printer.

Maybe?
Bob
