How to transfer Contacts from Nokia 5000 to Xperia S?

by Philp47 / June 24, 2013 11:37 AM PDT

Yes, I've read all the suggestions on the net and NONE work. There is always a catch. The Nokia 5000 has no USB cable connection available. The best suggestion chokes at how to convert the files to .vcf before sending them to the PC using Nokia PC Suite. It seems to only allow .csv. You CAN send them as a business card in .vcf BUT my SIM card was removed and downsized to fit the Sony Xperia S. Even so, I tried sending them but they ended up in the Nokia's Outbox as an MM text. Those files say nothing about being in ,vcf.
Can anyone shine ANY light on what I can do please?
